We have been working with Maurice Keogh & Associates for years as he installed and initially supported our original Safelaw accounts system. So, when it was time to upgrade to a Windows compatible system we had no hesitation in going with him again. Solcare is a modern, efficient and easy to use accounts package, it ticks all the boxes and the regular updates which we receive keep it that way.
We have been using the Solcare system for two years. It is our first computerised accounts package and we are very satisfied with it. We got all the help we needed during the installation and as often as we have needed since then. The fact that there was no large financial outlay was also attractive! I have no hesitation in recommending this system.
As a busy practice it was important that our accounts management should be handled efficiently but without difficulty and that we could all have access to the information at all times. It was also important that as the system was being installed our normal office routine was not seriously disturbed. We have been very happy with Solcare, we have found our infrequent problems have been solved quickly and we get regular updates as they become relevant. All in all, a good move.
We converted from the original SAM Dos system to the Solcare system under the guidance of Maurice Keogh. The transfer was effortless and seamless. For us, as we have a large practice with a networked computer system, we needed all of our people to be able to access the system for information on client and office ledgers etc and we have this with Solcare. This is an efficient and user friendly system and we are pleased with it.
